None. Don't risk your business with ActivTrak

False sense of security. Software randomly stops working when Windows updates occur.

Summary

We shipped new laptops with ActivTrak pre-installed by us to several of our employees. After a few months, each laptop stopped responding as Microsoft rolled out software updates that caused ActivTrak to stop working. Now we cannot gain access to any of our laptops without requesting our employees to send their laptops back into us, which would be highly suspicious. ActivTrak denies that the Windows updates have caused this, however we have proof that it did. Tech support has been slow to respond and they have been completely dismissive. We are seeking legal counsel. Be warned! Do not use this company and their unreliable software.
