Appandora gives you a quick way to download rogue iOS apps without jailbreaking your device. It's a little boring to look at and requires iTunes to work, but it gets the job done. If you've got your eye on an app that isn't available from the iTunes store, this download will help you get it on all of your iOS devices.

Though Appandora does let you download apps right to your iOS gadgets, you'll still need a version of iTunes to make it work.
