NJStar is designed to enable the Windows program to display and print Chinese, Japanese, and Korean characters in the standard English and Western Windows environment. All Chinese, Japanese, and Korean (CJK) coding standards are supported in the program, and coding can be switched on the fly from one standard to another depending on the document being viewed. Many of NJWin's features are suited specifically for browsing CJK Web pages, reading CJK news in Usenet newsgroups, and reading CJK email messages. It now supports IE. Features include automatic detection of various internal codes within a language; support of all types of Asian encoding standards; support of all Windows platforms. NJStar can convert simplified Chinese to traditional Chinese with artificial intelligence that solves one-to-many character-mapping problems in real time.
