Are your Outlook Reminder windows sometimes not popping up above other windows on your desktop? Is this causing you to arrive late to meetings, or sometimes even miss a meeting altogether? If so, Outlook Reminders On Top is for you. OROT runs silently in your Windows notification area. Whenever it sees an Outlook Reminder window minimized or hidden behind other windows, it automatically brings it to the top, but in doing so it also does not steal any keystrokes away from whatever program you're actively working in at the time.

Once on top, OROT can also optionally play a user-selected wav file or flash your Outlook Reminder window every few minutes, until you either Snooze it or Dismiss it.
