Enable sole traders and small businesses to save customer details and generate invoices for clients.
The program remembers customers names and contact details, the history of past interactions with them, and prints workshop/visit sheets for the current job. A Customer Find Form allows existing customers to be found at lightning speed, and if they aren't in the database yet they can be added directly from this Form.
Invoices generated by the programme are sent to a Word template (sample template provided) for converting to pdf format or for printing. A Parts database simplifies entries in invoices. The program incorporates reminders and 'sticky' notes.
The program can check for updates on startup or at user request. Forthcoming versions of the program will have enhanced features and team communications facilities.
