Works well, never had any issues like I have with other programs.

Its a subscription based registration. They say that it only blocks updates after 1 year to redownload the program from the registration email. Whenever an update comes out the EXE file name in the email changes on the server side so if anything happens your out of luck and they tell you to renew to redownload.
